Returns Policy

At VALE & NOVA, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only register a return after you have physically received the item

• Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached

• Trying on items is permitted; wearing them is not

• Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part or all of the order is not permitted

Return Process

• Register your return by emailing info@vale-nova.com within 30 days of receiving the item

• You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China)

• Return the item entirely at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or import costs

• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace

Refunds

• Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer

• If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer’s responsibility

• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
